Resep Es Bubble Cappuccino

BAHAN:

• 2 bungkus cappuccino instan
• 75 gram susu cokelat bubuk
• 100 ml air dingin
• 50 gram gula pasir
• 25 ml susu kental manis putih (bisa ganti creamer kental)
• 600 gram es batu, serut / pecahkan hingga lembut agar tidak merusak blender
• 100 gram tepung kanji
• 1/4 sdt kopi instan bubuk
• 50 ml air hangat
• 1 sdm gula halus
• 2 sdm susu kental manis cokelat

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. BUAT BUBBLE : aduk rata tepung sagu, kopi instan bubuk, air, dan gula halus. Bentuk bulat-bulat kecil. Rebus di dalam air mendidih hingga terapung. Angkat lalu masukan dalam air es.
2. Blender halus cappuccino bubuk, susu cokelat, air, gula pasir, susu kental manis, dan es batu.
3. Masukan buble sesuai selera ke dalam gelas, lalu tuang blenderan capucino.
4. Es Bubble Cappucino siap disajikan.
